For investors in our projects, they get a team of asset purchase and management professionals who invest together with them in all acquisitions. Clear and consistent communication. Consistent cash flow coupled with a solid return on their investment.
Our current objectives are purchasing small (15 unit) to large (100 unit) multifamily assets in eastern markets where population growth and the economic climate is favorable. We continue to develop and refine internal processes to be efficient and necessary. We continue to seek out good investor partners that understand our vision and want to partner with us as we all grow together.
High Net Worth and Sophisticated Investors
We know you already understand investing. We help keep your money working for you, so you don’t have to. Our investments are backed and secured by the assets that we purchase. We carefully select them, as we will be investing right alongside you. Our communication with you is consistent, concise, and clear.
We also thoughtfully select our HNW and sophisticated investors, as they will also be investing along with some of our non-sophisticated investors: our sophisticated investors must have an attitude of elevating everyone around them, and seeing the value of comprehensive betterment.
Non-Sophisticated Investors
Our Non-Sophisticated investors are doing well for themselves and their families, and living comfortably and below their means. Many of these investors have come to us already having started IRA’s and 401K’s.
We time helping theses investors better understand the advantages of purchasing cash flowing assets that also have the potential to offset some of their income and reduce their taxes.
