DM3 Capital was formed by 4 partners with complementary skill sets who did not want to invest their hard earned dollars in traditional financial vehicles. They desired to purchase assets that they could use their knowledge and work ethic to add value to the assets. Real estate is the perfect vehicle for this. They all met through various real estate networking events, enjoyed spending time together, and realized that they each had a different superpower to bring the company.

We use simplified data streams with up-to-date data to pick markets and submarkets. We use very specific metrics to determine whether a property fits a buy-box that we can confidently bring to potential investors.

All partners participate along side all other investors, using their own individual personal money to fund each real estate acquisition

For our tenants, they get safe, clean housing where they can feel comfortable raising their family. We provide simple, easy to use payment and maintenance request systems that streamline our overall operations.
