Mark D’Alessandro has been involved in business for 11 years.   He has been helped to build companies that have made the Inc Magazine list of Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies, angel funded successful ventures, and exited sold partnerships.  

His work history prior to any business ownership was very diverse.  He began building and maintaining golf courses, including several PGA Tour Event courses, and eventually worked his way up to Head Golf Course Superintendent at several prominent west coast courses.  After leaving the golf industry, he spent years in the Live Event Industry traveling the world working with A-List artists and producing several historic world class events.  He eventually started his own live event production company with a partner, and had great success and growth. 

 As a believer in Real Estate as an investment class, he actively participates in private money lending, short term rentals, syndications as LP’s, partnerships, full rehabs, and both single family and multifamily property ownership and management.  These associated pursuits help him keep a pulse on where the real estate market is headed in its cycle, supports him in seeing how all the pieces of REI fit together, and helps him keep actively involved in all facets of REI.

He continues to surround himself with team of real estate investors and professionals, as well as business mentors, who guide him and allow him to validate assumptions and risk profiles. He is actively working at DM3, growing a company culture that encourages growth mindsets, teamwork, and long term strategies.
